Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Window
- 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached

What We Accept
- Change of mind returns (customer pays return shipping)
- Size exchanges (we'll cover return shipping for the first exchange)

Faulty or damaged items (we cover all shipping costs)
What We Don't Accept
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
How to Return

- Use original packaging where possible

Step 3: Send It Back
- Australia Post or courier of your choice
- Tracking recommended (not required)

Refund Timeline
- 5-7 business days to process after we receive your return
- An additional 2-3 business days for funds to appear in your account
- Refunds processed to the original payment method
Exchange Process
- Size exchanges are processed immediately upon receipt
- Free return shipping on your first size exchange per order
